We endeavour to process your order as soon as possible, but please allow between 3 to 10 days before goods are sent to you.

We have a flat rate postage Australia wide, the postage is $15.00 per standard order. We use Australia Post.

All items on this web-site have been included in good faith on the bias that the goods, as described will be available at the time of the sale. A failure by suppliers to deliver in accordance with the samples, description or at all, or other unintentional causes, may result in some lines being unavailable. Ace Saddlery Pty Ltd reserves the right to substitute any product that may not be available with one of equal quality and design. All savings are based on Ace Saddlery Pty Ltd normal price.

Backorders.

If you have received an order and it is not complete the item may be placed on backorder, see the reverse of your invoice, when the goods are available they will be sent to you post free. If you do not wish to wait for a back order call us and we will happily cancel it.

Refunds & Returns.

If you need to return goods that are the wrong size or colour simply send the goods back to us with a copy of your invoice & a note & we will happily exchange the goods.  . It is strongly advisable to register your returning parcel as Ace Saddlery Pty Ltd will not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
